Marlow – St Peter’s
The original Pugin Church was opened in 1846, just seventeen years after the passing of the Catholic Emancipation Bill which allowed Catholics to become MPs and take an active role in public life.
Slough – St Ethelbert’s Church
Built from 1908 to 1910 and designed by Benedict Williamson. It is a gothic revival style, inspired by the medieval churches of Norfolk. The building has a tall, spacious interior and a number of furnishings of note.
